Sits right in front of the University of North Texas' Art Department on Mulberry Street. The upstairs bedrooms have the fun steep ceilings, a little crazy and a little fun! The downstairs other two bedrooms have a feature that allows the two to open up and become a single big "suite". Great kitchen with all the appliances as well as a fantastic new washer/dryer set.
